The LagosEast Baptist Conference held its Ordination Service for Pastors on Saturday, 18th July 2026, at Yaba Baptist Church, Lagos.
It was a moment of great joy and thanksgiving as our own Pastor, Mrs. Maryanne Udemba, was formally ordained into the Gospel ministry and is now officially designated Rev. Mrs. Maryanne Udemba.
The colourful and well-attended ceremony was witnessed by members of New Nations Baptist Church, family, friends, and well-wishers who gathered to celebrate this significant milestone in her ministerial journey. During the service, Rev. Dr. Matthew Awujoola presented certificates to the newly ordained pastors.
Following the ordination service, New Nations Baptist Church hosted a warm reception and fellowship in honour of Rev. Mrs. Maryanne Udemba at Regan Baptist Girls’ School, where members and guests celebrated God’s faithfulness and shared in the joy of the occasion.
We heartily congratulate Rev. Mrs. Maryanne Udemba on her ordination into the Gospel ministry and pray that the Lord will continually endow her with greater grace, fresh anointing, divine wisdom, and strength for even greater exploits in His vineyard.
